Which programme(s) should we implement?

Our Leading Edge Leadership Development Programme is fully customisable. Which modules we recommend – and adapt as needed – depends on your organisational requirements as well as on delegates’ management level and development needs. As guidelines, here are two recommended programmes for junior and middle and senior managers:

How will you roll out our Programme?

Having carefully assessed your requirements, we provide a detailed contract that clearly states exactly what we will do for you. We then roll out your programme in accordance with our unique ‘10 steps to excellence’.

The training takes place at your preferred location. The material is presented in a meaningful, practical and highly memorable format using a wide variety of methods, from experiential learning, case studies and role playing to theory, group work, games and videos.

Can we go it alone?

Yes. All materials for each of our standard modules - including delegate manuals, facilitator guides, presentation slides and assessment exercises, as well as train-the-trainer sessions, if required - are available to purchase. This presents a highly cost-effective option for companies with in-house training departments and facilities. Please contact us for a proposal to meet your requirements.
