Which programme do I/we need?
Depending on requirements, we offer a wide range of Personal Growth & Development Modules, delivered in one of the following formats:
- one on one or group coaching
- seminars
- personal growth courses

If your organisation is looking to develop individuals as part of a team, consider our team development programmes. Often thought of as one-off ‘events’, at First Facilitation we treat teambuilding as a process of team development as this is essential to delivering long-term results.
How will you roll out the Programme?
Having carefully assessed your requirements, we provide a detailed contract that clearly states exactly what we will do for you.
After careful objective setting with the individual(s), we usually undertake two 1 to 1.5-hour sessions per month for a period of six months or more. The coaching takes place at your preferred location and the sessions primarily involve experiential exercises and the development of personal insight.
